door. Kinds: finding · result (what ran, the command, the exit)
· decision · learning (INHERITED / RULED / LEARNED) · open (what
would close it, an owner, a recheck date) · alternative.
`index.py card` renders TESTS / OPEN / FINDINGS / LEARNINGS.
`learnings --triggers` names every correction no lesson cites
and every "not tested" no open record carries. A lane's lesson
is PROPOSED until the seat runs `accept`; `promote L-n` sends a
lesson to the machine-wide shelf so the next project inherits it.
