Model policy: the seat picks by task difficulty — opus for
judgment, sonnet for bounded work — and declares it in the
brief. Never haiku, never a fork, never an omitted model.
One persistent builder lane per domain; feedback resumes it.
Every lane arrives with the accepted lessons in its scope; every
return ends in the four-box card the ledger hook banks; a
NOTREST-GATES: block in the brief becomes the lane's Stop gates.
